MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - IT POLICY & COMPLIANCE

Description

• Male / Female
• Maximum age of 28 years old
• Major in Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Information System / Electrical Engineering (low current) from reputable university
• GPA ≥ 3.00
• Having experience in campus organization is a must
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT
• Understanding IT governance
• Understanding COBIT and ISO27001
• Able to deal and prioritize tasks & projects in the same time

Responsibilities

• Preparation of IT Governance Guidelines, Procedures and Work Instruction in IT unit and make plans for implementation within the Company
• Socializing IT Governance Guidelines, Procedures and Work Instruction to all IT unit
• Manage documentation of IT Governance in all IT unit
• Monitoring the implementation of IT Governance in the Company
• Follow up on findings from internal and / or external Auditors
• Collecting audit data evidence to support the implementation of the Audit
• Monitoring and manage IT Maturity COBIT

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities and documents of corporate financial transactions
• Prepare and provide financial reports from various sources available
• Conducting activities and financial accounting procedures in the company
• Implement the taxation function in the project
• Carry out duties and responsibilities based on WI (Work Instructions) and Job Description
• Carry out instructions and tasks that supports the performance of the company

Requirements

• Final Year Students or Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting & Business Management from reputable university
