currently going into production phase that will produce oil & gas.

1. Production Supervisor (PRS)
2. Maintenance Supervisor (MTS)
3. Finance & Accounting Supervisor (FAS)
4. HSE Supervisor (HSE)
General Requirement :
• Minimum 7 years experience in PSC
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Good team player or individual
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work within flexible hours
• Willing to relocate to field if needed
Special Requirement :
(PRS): Bachelor degree or master degree from reputable university in
Petroleum / Chemical/ Physics engineering , with 5 years experience in
oil and gas company or Diploma degree with 7 years experience including
role as lead production operator, Understand Oil & Gas production
process including down hole completion. Able to plan and evaluate well
test/pressure analysis. Understand oil and gas accounting system,
stickline, e-line and re-perforation.
(MTS): Bachelor degree or master degree from reputable university in
Petroleum / Chemical/ Physics engineering , with 5 years experience in
the same role at oil and gas/ petrochemical company or Diploma degree
with 7 years experience in the same role at oil and gas/ petrochemical
companyMaintenance Management System, Maintenance Strategy and
Scheduling. perational system of Gas/Diesel Engine Generator, Gas
Compressor, Pump. Uork flow of PLC/DCS
(FAS): Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting
with minimum 10 years experiences of Oil & Gas Accounting and
Financial in PSC, covering Exploration, Development and Production
operation; Well knowledge in Tax Policy. Supervisory experience and
strong leadership skills showing by a demonstrated ability to mentor
and train subordinate
(HSE): Understand in HSE process for minimum 7 years at the same field
in oil and gas company. Understand CHSEMS Selection process. Familiar
with Risk Assessment & Risk Controls
