1. ABAP Programmer

Job Description

Prepare technical specifications for ABAP programs
Perform coding and testing of program modules in accordance with the design specifications
Maintain, fine-tune and debug applications
Work closely with project team members to validate functional design of customized functions and resolve issues arising from such test activities
Support SAP user in answering to their day to day queries and providing technical and troubleshooting support.
Support installation of application releases into production as required
Propose effective solution that optimizes user experience in executing processes in SAP
Establish, adopt and maintain the programming guidelines, methodologies and naming conventions for all ABAP objects.
Work on all aspects of ABAP/4 like reports (Classical & Interactive), Layout sets, BDC, Transaction, Dialogue Programming, SAP scripts, Smart forms, User exits, RFC, IDOC, ALE, EDI, BAPI, LSMW, Workflow
Work on enhancements/change requests and any other related SAP projects as required,
Has knowledge about PI/XI will be advantage.

2. Account Manager

Job Description

Actively manage customer relationship and account on a day-to-day basisActively manage customer relationship and account on a day-to-day basis.
Contributes to growth of accounts and implement, maintain and expand account relationships, including development of short and longer term account plans.
Ensures that account contract terms are adhered to and that all account needs are addressed.

Job Description

Provides technical assistance and support to passenger service (PSS) system;
Receives and answers, within well-established guidelines, call center questions and complaints;
Answers users' inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to resolve problems;
Dispatches service request on a day-to-day basis and escalate problems to 2nd level trouble shooters;
Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken.

Job Description

Design and develop system wide software solutions applying engineering, mathematical, simulation and optimization models to drive solutions to complex industrial problems.
Identify and solve highly complex problems in resource allocation, workforce planning and assignment/rostering, combinatorial optimization, decision science and distribution network problems. Require a thorough understanding of the industrial environment and knowledge to develop software applications of complex engineering models and apply them to identify and drive solutions.
Build, develop, validate and apply mathematically based decision algorithms, heuristics, optimization and simulation models and tools.
Work closely with the business units to identify root causes, define the strategic and tactical needs and drive the appropriate business and technical software solutions. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal technical training, business knowledge and judgment.

Job Description

Reviews purchase requests to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
Prepares and manages requests for proposals and other procurement documents based on purchase requests
Identifies suitable alternative sources of supply focusing on maximized quality and cost reduction.
Completes all required actions so that identified suppliers may be added to the Company's Approved Suppliers List
Evaluate suppliers’ proposals against objective criteria to down-select those offering maximum compliance against requirements at best value

Job Description

Architects and designs the company's IT Infrastructure: Operating Systems, Network, Storage, and Virtualization.
Assists in the building and implementation of the company's IT Infrastructure.
Works as a liaison between IT and the lines of business to determine needs and assess requirements.
Works with the Security team to ensure proper security controls are built into and maintained for Windows systems.
