01. SPECIALIST – LEGAL
(Permanent Position)
• Law faculty graduate from reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00.
• Possess an Advocate License.
• Minimum 3 year work experience in reputable litigation law firm as a litigation lawyer.
• Have handled minimum 10 (ten) litigation cases in any Court Instances in Indonesia.
• Having excellent knowledge about the Indonesian Criminal Code and Indonesian Labour Law.
• Having excellent English, both verbal and writing.
• Having commitment to finish the tasks given in timely manner.
• Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self-motivated, result oriented and a team player.
• Having good communication skill, negotiation skill and analytical skill.
• Competency Unit Mining Law & Regulation, Legal Advice, Litigasi (Level 2).
• Competency Unit Legal Contract Drafting (Level 1).
02. ENGINEER - CIVIL
(Fixed Term Position)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Civil Engineering.
• 3 years relevant experience in wide variety of civil projects.
• Sound problem solving and decision making competencies.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel.
• Sound project management competency.
• Mastering to software of Structure Analysis Program, AutoCAD 2D, MS project, Excel, program Plaxis is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication. Skills in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts.
03. SPECIALIST – ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(Fixed Term Position)
• Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental field particularly with ISO 14001.
• Holding Lead Auditor ISO 14001 Certificate is a must.
• Holding Internal Auditor ISO 50001 Certificate is preferable.
• Holding a Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) certificate is an advantage.
• Good command of Indonesian and English languages (written and oral).
• Computer skills, especially for spreadsheet and word processing applications.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
04. ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL (CONTROL)
(Fixed Term Position)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Electrical or Physic majoring in Control system or Instrumentation.
• Min 3 years’ Experience in Electrical / Control System / Automation.
• Experience and familiar with related standard (ISA, IEC, IEEE, AS, PUIL).
• Hand On experience in PLC programming and SCADA programming.
• Extensive knowledge of field devices, sensors and actuators, industrial data communication, motors and variable speed drives.
• Sound problem solving and decision making competencies.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel.
• Sound project management competency.
• Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication. Skills in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Strong concerns for HSES.
05. ENGINEER – PROCESS PERFORMANCE
(Fixed Term Position)
• S1 Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Power Plant Operations.
• Sound problem solving and decision making competencies.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel.
• Sound project management competency.
• Detailed knowledge of KPC policies, procedures and government regulations impacting the construction projects.
• Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication. Skills in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts.
