Job description
Scope of works:
- Direct, plan, manage and monitor regionally to ensure the achievement of sales target with profitable margin for cement, other building materials (RDC/CDC) and Franchise Retailer business portfolio growth through effectively manage of distribution channel of cement and network of Franchise Retailers by providing them with sound business advisory, effective sales activities, promotion/marketing support necessary and organization capability to improve their business as well as Holcim.
- Promoted Holcim Indonesia position to be the best in class of the customers satisfaction in each respective region
- Responsibilities among other include market analysis, pricing, sales strategy, market penetration, promotion, customer service, billing/collection control and managing the sales team in selling and delivering products
Requirements:
Education :
- Bachelor degree in any major
Experience :
- Min 2 years’ experience in current position
- Poses minimum 8 (eight) years of working experience in business management especially in managing retail managing retail commercial business (sales and marketing area)
Computer literacy :
- Microsoft Office and Google Application
Language :
- Good in English both of written and spoken
Other qualification / skills :
- Good knowledge in concrete, cement and other related construction materials technology
