OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This programs are a special development program for young graduates, There will be training in class and on the job training before the participants become our employee.
Responsibilities :
- Manage turnaround of aircrafts and coordinate resources and process, understand the basic aircraft handling, loading and unloading procedure at ramp area.
- Calculate and understand all aspects of weight & balance related subjects
- Competent to deliver general ground handling management and control functions safely, securely and efficiently
- Be able to perform arrival, departure and special handling functions
- Competent in Check-in Procedures
Qualification :
- Male/ Female, max. 25 years old
- Min.Diploma Degree any major
- Min. GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Fresh Graduated or max 2 years experiences
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill, fast learner, energic, good leadership, achievement orientation
- Able & accustomed to work in multitasking also able to work underpressured
- Excellent for both spoken and written English (TOEIC certified)
- Computer literate & software (Ms. Office, Internet, others)
- Willingness to be located throughout Indonesia is a must
