development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill
in the following position : HRD OFFICER (HRD), JAKARTA
PURPOSE OF THE
POSITION:
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support
in the various human resource functions, which include
recruitment, personnel administration, staffing, training and
development, performance, monitoring and employee counseling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide support to supervisors and
staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
2. Monitor
staff performance and attendance activities.
3. Coordinate staff
recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely
organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire
staff.
4. Provide accurate monthly salary data (overtime, deduction,
etc) of every staff
5. Processing staff entitlements and data,
including BPJS Kesehatan/Health Insurance and BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan.
6. Perform other related duties as
required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES:
- Male/Female·
- University Degree in Psychology, Business or Public Administration would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.·
- Strong computer skills in relevant office applications software packages (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).·
- Ability to works under pressure, multi task, and attentive to details.
- Well planned and organized·
- Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality·
- Strong interpersonal skills.·
- A sound knowledge of labor laws and human resources best practices.·
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing
