- Coordination and consultation with consultant for create a draft contract
- Ensuring the draft contract and amandemen contract on time
- Support the implementation of socialization new/amandemen contract
- Negotiating with Local Government related legal document process
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Law
- Min. 5 years experience in telco industry or from consultant law
- Experience in drafting contract
- Knowledge of contracting concepts, contract law and governance regulations are essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline
