Graphic Design
Responsibilities
- Designing prints, billboards, invitations, BTL or T banners, banners, billboards, and merchandises
- Conducting talent photo shoot activities for print ad needs
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Determine the message the design should portray
Requirements
- Max 30 years old
- Having experience as Graphic Designer at least 1 - 2 years
- Bachelor Degree Majoring in Graphic Design
- Nice to working in team and/or individual
- Creative
- Good communication skill
Floor Director
Responsibilities
- FD usually coordinate first with Program Director (PD) about the picture of the event that will be run.
- Then PD and FD split up and held their own teams.
- PD to Master Control Room, and FD to studio to guide prepare camera and all production equipment such as camera, microphone, lighting, and stage set
- After all is ready, PD then gives instructions to FD to start countdown
Requirements
- Max 25 years old
- Having experience as Floor Director in television industry at least a year
- Having good knowledge about Broadcasting, Show Technic, or Event
- Good communication skill
Production Assistant
Responsibilities
- clearing copyrights
- booking studios, production equipment, performance and production staff
- liaising with a wide range of people
- organising meetings and interviews
- preparing and distributing briefing notes and scripts
- organising schedules and contracts
- overseeing cues, timings and continuity during recording
Requirements
- Max 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Broadcasting or equivalent
- Having experience as Production Assistant in Television industry at least 2 years
- Good communication skill
Social Media Admin
Responsibilities
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Manages social media communications
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
- Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
Requirements
- Max 28 years old
- Having experience as Social Media Admin at least a year
- Happy in writing
- Familiar with photo editing
Collection Officer
Responsibilities
- The duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with related department
Requirements
- Max 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Accounting or Equivalent
- Familiar using microsoft office tools
- Having experience at least 1 - 2 years as Collection or Finance AR Staff
