RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. (“Sampoerna”) is seeking talented people to join as Pricing Analyst based in Jakarta. YOU will be responsible to :
- Maintain pricing database by recording and collecting price structure / movement of key brands and support Pricing Manager to prepare internal pricing plan as well as estimate competitor's pricing plan for key brands to support strategic pricing decision,
- Assist Pricing Manager in the analysis and monitoring of market analysis, price dynamics, banderole movement, tax structure and any other relevant factors to support the corporate in achieving its commercial target (OCI, Volume, and Share of Market),
- Assist Pricing Manager in set up, maintain and track Company’s and Department's Balance Score Card KPI result
- As required, support pricing manager for any ad hoc projects determined by senior management, to address specific business issues and opportunities relating to the core business in order to improve performance.
Qualifications for Pricing Analyst
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00;
- Having 2 years of experience in Finance or Corporate Planning will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skill as well as analytical and learning capability
- Able to work under pressure and in minimum guidance
- Comfort working with numerical tasks
- Proficient in MS Word , MS Excel, and MS Power Point
