PT PPA Kapital ('PPAK") is a quasi private equity company, under state-owned PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) or PT PPA. PPAK main business is investment on companies both state and privately owned. It's role on investee companies include, financial and organization restructuring, fund raising, acquisitions, corporate governance and other corporate activities. The holding company, PT PPA, was previously conducted the management of free and clear state assets which is derived from Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (“IBRA”) for and on behalf of the Minister of Finance. Purposes of PT PPA are managing the ex-IBRA assets; managing the restructuring and/or revitalization of state owned enterprises; conducting investment activities; and holding management of state owned enterprises' assets.

PPAK is currently forming a joint venture with a mid tier property developer based in Jogjakarta, which has plans of developing a land of 1.4 ha in Bantul. The joint venture is expected to begin construction in March 2016. An applicant needed to fill this position:

Finance/Accounting Officer


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2 years finance/accounting experience
  • Based in Jogjakarta
  • Have own transport
  • Undergraduate student (S1) with majors in Finance/Accounting from reputable universities
  • GPA ≥ 3.25 out of 4.00
  • Able to work fast
  • Able to work in a team
  • Candidates with property experience is preferred.
